After diagnosing engine noise on this 1976 Honda MT125 in the last video, it was time to go deeper.

In this video, I pull the cylinder, inspect the piston and cylinder walls, replace a bad crankshaft seal, and start evaluating whether this engine is worth continuing to rebuild.

This is the real process of working through a vintage 2-stroke — not guessing, but verifying every step before moving forward.

In this video:
• Removing the cylinder on a Honda MT125
• Inspecting piston condition
• Inspecting cylinder wear
• Replacing a crankshaft seal
• Measuring cylinder condition
• Determining if the engine is still viable

This is part 2 of the MT125 series — more to come.
