Today on Kruesi Originals, we're finally finishing the Harley-Davidson Nightster dirt bike build and getting it ready for its first real off-road test.

In this episode, we install aggressive Flow Motorsports MX foot pegs, upgrade the front braking system with a massive 6-piston Nawaskey Performance brake caliper, dial in custom brake line routing, extend the wheelbase with a longer chain, make custom fabrication tweaks, and get the Nightster fired up for the first time in months.

This custom Harley Nightster dirt bike has quickly become one of the wildest motorcycle builds we've ever put together. With upgraded suspension, custom fabrication, performance braking, off-road tires, and a ton of one-off modifications, we're transforming a Harley-Davidson Nightster into a true off-road machine.

Will it survive the dirt? Will it clear the tank? Will the new brake setup stop this thing? There's only one way to find out.
