In Part 6 of this 2007 Honda CRF250R engine rebuild series, I tackle two damaged threaded holes before final engine assembly.

This bike came in with multiple engine issues, and during inspection I found damaged threads in the stator cover and transmission oil level check bolt location. Before moving forward with assembly, both holes are repaired using a TIME-SERT thread repair system to restore OEM thread strength and reliability.
